Attorney Alex Maltese has been a practicing attorney for more than seventeen years. He was born and raised in Huntington, New York and is the son of Carl P. Maltese, the founder of the firm. For his entire career he has represented the victims of personal injury accidents.
Diane Maltese
Lawyer
Attorney Diane Maltese has been a practicing attorney for more than eighteen years. She is the daughter-in-law of Carl P. Maltese. Diane previously was an associate at a premier defense firm that represented insurance carriers. She handled personal injury cases for the insurance company from inception through trial throughout the five boroughs and Long Island.
Founder (1939-2007)
Carl P. Maltese founded the Law Office of Carl Maltese in 1966. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he moved with his family to Commack in 1964. For his entire 40-year legal career he represented personal injury victims. His practice was always successful in part due to the fact that he chose to keep it a boutique-sized firm.
