Alex Maltese

Attorney Alex Maltese has been a practicing attorney for more than seventeen years. He was born and raised in Huntington, New York and is the son of Carl P. Maltese, the founder of the firm. For his entire career he has represented the victims of personal injury accidents.

His practice is limited to representing clients who have been injured due to the negligent or reckless acts of others, including those injured in motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, slips and falls and other causes.

From 2016 to 2019, Alex has been rated a Super Lawyer. This award is based upon independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations, and is given to less than 5% of the Attorneys in New York.

 

In 2014 and 2015, Alex received the “Rising Star” award by Super Lawyers. This award is for attorneys under age 40 and is given to less than 2.5% of the attorneys in New York. He and his wife Diane have two children and live in Huntington.
